1. Does Buddha Treasures ship to my country?
We ship to almost every country in the world except the following ones, due to shipping restrictions. We're sorry and will keep working on this.

2. How much does shipping cost?
You can enjoy free shipping on orders over US$69. Otherwise, Premium Shipping costs US$6. If you choose Express Shipping, it starts at $30 USD.

1. “Free shipping for orders over $69 USD” is only available for use on regular-priced items, not free items.
2. The shipping cost-$18 USD of the Free Product is not deductible. $18 USD including processing fee, shipping, and customs duties.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the product weight and your shipping location. We strive to ensure shipping charges are affordable. However, we are at the mercy of our shipping carriers. Therefore, even if it is a free product, the shipping fee will still be charged.

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time

Wrong Shipping Information
- If you have left the wrong shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service within 2 hours.
- Please note that it is the responsibility of the customers to enter their shipping address correctly. We are unable to redirect to another shipping address after we have processed and shipped the parcel.

4. What if the package doesn’t arrive?
If you don’t get your package 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us at contact@mail.buddhastoneshop.com. We’ll either resend a new one to you or give you a full refund.
